Water spray retort system is overpressure system same as water cascade, water immersion and steam air mixture. But its heating media is a hot water that is circulated through spray nozzle. The advantages of this machine are small amount of water used, steam saving, pasteurization and sterilization level. It can be used to process several product packages such as retort pouches, plastic cup, tray, aluminum can, metal can and glass bottle.
